- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 qt. oysters in liquid
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes of hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Melt margarine in heavy pan; add oysters and 1/2 cup oyster liquid.

2Heat until oysters curl.

3Combine milk, cream, salt, pepper and sauces in second pan.

4Heat until bubbles appear.

5Pour in first pan with oysters.

6Add remaining oyster liquid.

7Heat thoroughly; sprinkle with paprika and float margarine on top. Serve hot.
