- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can oysters
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/3 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
Directions

1Place all ingredients except oysters in the blender, cover. Press button 7 for 20 seconds.

2Remove cover and add oysters and liquid in can and cover.

3Press button 3 for 10 seconds or until the oysters are coarsely chopped.

4Pour mixture in saucepan and heat, stirring until thick and smooth.
