- 2 doz. raw oysters with liquid
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 qt. milk

- oyster crackers
Directions

1Heat butter until sizzling.

2Add oysters, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper and paprika.

3Heat only until edges of oysters curl slightly.

4Add milk and heat quickly but do not boil. Serve with a dash of paprika and a lump of butter in each bowl. Makes 4 servings.
