- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 doz. oysters
- favorite seafood seasoning

1Beat egg whites and tartar until stiff peaks form.

2Shuck oysters. Boil in their juices and seafood seasoning until edges curl. Drop egg whites by spoonful onto a greased baking pan. Be creative with shapes; make an indentation in each egg white. Broil until golden brown.

3Place 1 oyster in each egg white and serve garnished with a dash of cocktail sauce or a drop of lime juice.
