- 1 doz. oysters
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Melt butter and crushed garlic.

2Shuck oysters and rub each shell with garlic butter; place oyster back in it.

3Add salt and pepper.

4To the bread crumbs add olive oil, parsley and oregano. Mix carefully and sprinkle over the oysters.

5Serve on the half shell.
