Ingredients

  • 1 pt. oysters
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • grated Parmesan Romano cheese (for topping)
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Arrange oysters in single layer in a shallow baking dish.

    Mix rest of ingredients, except cheese, with cooked spinach.

    Spread on top of oysters.

    Sprinkle 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of cheese on top.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until oyster edges curl.
