- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
- 4 c. Normandy blend veggies
Directions

1Saute beef in large skillet until browned, about 5 minutes. Add cornstarch; blend well.

2Add broth and veggies.

3Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.

4Stir in rice.

5Cover; remove from heat.
