  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 or 4 Heath bars
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chopped apples
  • 1 qt. ice cream

Directions

    Combine egg, sugar, salt, baking powder and flour; beat well. Stir apples and nuts into beaten mixture.

    Pour into greased pie pan.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.

    Spoon on the ice cream. Spread the crushed candy bars over the top and freeze.
