  • 200 grams of slices chicken
  • 1 1/2 of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tbsp of phanang curry paste
  • 1/2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of chicken stock powder

Directions

    Add oil to the pot add 1/2 of coconut milk let's boil

    Add phanang curry stir well let's simmer till get red colur

    Add chicken stir untill cooked add the rest of coconut milk let's boil

    Add sugar ,fish sauce and chicken stock stir and removed from heat .
