- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 jar Pace Pineapple Mango Chipotle Salsa

1Season the pork with the cumin.

2Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

3Add the pork and cook until it's well browned on both sides.

4Pour 1 cup salsa over the pork.

5Reduce the heat to low.

6Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked though.
