Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime jello
  • 1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
  • 1 c. creamy cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. whipped cream (I use mayonnaise)
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.

    Add juice from pineapple.

    Chill until slightly thickened.

    Beat until frothy. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise and chopped nuts.

    Chill until firm.
