- Cheddar cheese
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning
Directions

1Soft-fry potatoes; drain.

2Cook hamburger and follow directions on taco seasoning package, but lessen water to accommodate juice of tomatoes.

3When done, add tomatoes, potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

4Heat flour tortillas; fill with meat mixture and wrap up.

5Can be served with sour cream, guacamole and picante sauce.

6Freezes well.
