  • 200 grams of squid cut in full mouth size
  • 1 full hand sweet basil
  • 2 chilli roughly cut
  • 1/2 onion slices
  • 1 clove of garlic choped
  • 1 little bit of baby pepper corn or without is ok
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp of oil

Directions

    In the heatingpan pan add oil and fry in garlic and squids working fast adding onions and chillies fry until squid are cook .

    Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and chicken stock then right away fry in basil and baby pepper corn.

    Remove from heat .served with rice
