  • 1 handful Rice Noodles
  • 1 handful Tofu
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Oil (Sesame)
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Sriracha

Directions

    Bring water to a boil and cook rice noodles until soft

    Cut tofu into small cubes
  3. 3
    Heat oil in pan then add eggs and tofu
  4. 4
    Mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, and sriracha (ratios/amounts can be changed)

    Drain noodles and add to pan

    Add sauce and stir
