- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 3 tablespoon Sriracha
Directions

1Bring water to a boil and cook rice noodles until soft

2Cut tofu into small cubes

3Heat oil in pan then add eggs and tofu

4Mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, and sriracha (ratios/amounts can be changed)

5Drain noodles and add to pan

6Add sauce and stir
