- 1 bag of frozen berries from TJ
- 2 tbsp xylitol or truvia
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour or arrowroot powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup almond meal
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2In large bowl mix the frozen berries of your choice with a tablespoon of tapioca flour (or arrowroot), 1 tablespoon of xylitol, and vanilla.

3Place fruit in pie dish.

4In another bowl mix together the almond meal, salt, remaining sweetener, and coconut oil.

5Mix together until coconut oil no longer in chunks and well incorporated in mixture.

6Spread mixture over berries evenly.

7Place dish in oven for about 45 minutes or until berries begin to boil.

8Let cool.

9Serve.
