- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavored or unflavored)
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup grass-fed butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300F.

2Mix all the ingredients together (you don't need a whisk) except for the chocolate chips.

3Add in the chocolate chips to the mixture last.

4Place into a muffin pan (makes 12 muffins).

5Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
