Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200C.

4Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Fold the left and right edges towards the center, resulting in a rectangle. The edges should meet at the middle.

5Brush some egg on top, sprinkle with sugar and fold towards the center twice more, resulting in a long strip.

6Using a very sharp knife, cut 1 centimeter thick slices. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
