  • pastry dough Puff, frozen or fresh
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1 egg

    Preheat the oven to 200C.

    Sprinkle the kneading surface with sugar to prevent the dough from sticking.

    Stretch the dough using a rolling pin.

    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Fold the left and right edges towards the center, resulting in a rectangle. The edges should meet at the middle.

    Brush some egg on top, sprinkle with sugar and fold towards the center twice more, resulting in a long strip.

    Using a very sharp knife, cut 1 centimeter thick slices. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
