Pampango Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c. fruit cocktail
- 1 c. cherries
- 1 c. peaches in 1-inch cubes
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 c. fresh apples in 1-inch cubes, marinated in juice or syrup to prevent discoloration
- 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. banana slices, marinated in juice
- 1 lb. grapes, peeled
- orange sections
- chopped almonds
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped stiff
Directions

1Chill all fruits, dipped in syrup or juice to prevent discoloration or drying out.

2When cold, drain all fruits.

3Be careful to keep each piece of fruit in tact.

4Set aside.

5Fold in whipped cream into mayonnaise.

6Carefully fold whipped mixture into fruits.

7Arrange fruit salad in a bowl and garnish with maraschino cherries.

8Fruit salad may be served as is, or freeze and then serve.
