- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 4 oz. chili powder
- garlic to taste
- meat tenderizer
Directions

1Cut meat into bite-sized pieces.

2Sprinkle with tenderizer. Place in big pan; add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for several hours.
