- 1 c. rice (Minute)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 lb. cabbage
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cook rice and onion soup together. Set aside. Cool.

2Mix meat with spices and eggs. Add rice mixture.

3Chop or shred cabbage. Layer cabbage.

4Spread meat mixture.

5Pour some tomato soup and put cabbage on top.

6Put tomatoes and soup on top.

7You may use sauerkraut also. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
