- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 medium potatoes
- stripples, fried and crumbled on top
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- salt to taste
Directions

1Slice cabbage and wash.

2Lay cabbage in frying pan.

3Slice onion, green pepper and potatoes over cabbage.

4Pour in water and stripple drippings.

5Cook on high until boiled down.

6Reduce heat and cover.

7Simmer 5 minutes.

8Remove cover and cook until tender.
