- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. cooked bacon bits or chopped cracklings
Directions

1Pour boiling water over meal; mix to combine.

3Shape in pones by pressing between hands and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
