Pan Fried Maple Chicken Thighs

- 1/4 cups Oil
- 16 pieces Bone In Chicken Thighs
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

2Pat the chicken dry and season well with salt and pepper.

3Add chicken into the pan and cook turning once, until browned (10 minutes per side.)

4Transfer the chicken to a platter.

5Drain off all but 1 tablespoon of fat and add the vinegar to the skillet.

6Cook for a couple of minutes, scraping up all the drippings from the bottom of the pan, then add the chicken broth, maple syrup and black pepper to taste.

7Cook until sauce is thickened about 1 minute longer.

8Add the chicken back into the skillet spooning sauce over it.

9Serve.
