  • 21 oysters small, shucked and sold in jars
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 dashes salt
  • 20 pepper turns of, grinder
  • 4 eggs can substitute 1 cup of egg whites
  • avocado oil

Directions

    Rinse and drain oysters

    Dredge each oyster with flour, shake the rest off

    dip in egg

    Place dipped oyster carefully in hot pan with oil

    cook on medium heat 3 minutes each side (longer if you like it darker)
