- 1 lb ribs, pork
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced
Directions

1Add quarter of the spices to one side of pork.

2Heat oil in a pan.

3Add ribs seasoned side down spice each unseared side as you turn the ribs a quarter turn add butter after first turn.

4Cook covered

5Right before you are going to pull them out add water.

6Let steam 2 minutes covered.

7Remove from heat.

8Let sit 3 minutes to rest.

9Serve hope you enjoy.
