  • 1 lb ribs, pork
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large tomatoes, sliced

    Add quarter of the spices to one side of pork.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add ribs seasoned side down spice each unseared side as you turn the ribs a quarter turn add butter after first turn.

    Cook covered

    Right before you are going to pull them out add water.

    Let steam 2 minutes covered.

    Remove from heat.

    Let sit 3 minutes to rest.

    Serve hope you enjoy.
