Pan-Fried Spring Cabbage with Garlic

- 1/2 Spring cabbage
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
Directions

1Cut the cabbage into 4 wedges.

2Secure the wedges with toothpicks in about 2 places per wedge so that the leaves don't fall off.

3Wash and drain off the excess water from the wedges.

4Heat a pan, add olive oil and garlic, and stir-fry over low heat.

5Put in the cabbage wedges, and fry over medium-high heat.

6Brown both sides of the wedges.

7Drizzle soy sauce to finish.

8Transfer to serving plates, take out the toothpicks, add plenty of black pepper and enjoy.
