- 2 sticks oleo
- 8 to 10 potatoes, mashed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles
Directions

1Melt oleo and saute onions.

2Cook potatoes and mash like you would mash potatoes (but keep firm).

3Add American cheese and stir until melted.

4Stir well.

5Put some oleo and onions in bottom cake pan.

6Lay lasagna noodles on top of oleo, then add potato mixture. Put oleo and onions over potatoes and put lasagna noodle on top of potatoes and pour the rest of oleo and onions.

7Cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
