- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
- 3 c. cauliflower flowerets
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. carrots, cut into strips
- 2 small onions, quartered
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.

3Stir in thyme.

4Add remaining ingredients, toss and coat; cover with foil.

5Bake for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

6Season to taste.
