- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder

1Beat egg with a beater until fluffy.

2Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.

3For thinner pancakes, stir in an additional 1/4 cup milk.

4Pour 3 tablespoons for each pancake. Makes 9 (4-inch) pancakes.
