- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2Combine egg, milk and oil.

3Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until blended, but still slightly lumpy.

4Pour about 1/4 cup batter on hot, greased pan.

5Cook until golden brown.
