- pinch of salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 1/2 oz. melted butter
Directions

1Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl; beat eggs lightly in a smaller bowl.

2Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add eggs, milk and butter. (Add extra milk to the desired consistency.)

3Cook over medium heat on a nonstick griddle until bubbles surface; flip and cook until golden brown.
