  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

    In a bowl, add the egg yolks, milk, sugar, and salt.

    Whisk to a smooth mixture.

    In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder, and gradually add to the egg yolk mixture.

    Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then carefully mix into the previous mixture.

    Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter.

    Once melted, wipe off the excess with a piece of paper towel.

    Pour small spoonfuls of batter into the pan and let them cook until bubbles begin to surface.
