  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 34 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
  • 1 -2 slightly beaten egg
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 -1 14 cup milk

Directions

    Stir dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients.

    (Stir to incorporate, do not beat, a little lumpy is okay.

    Let bubbles form on top.

    Cook on preheated griddle/frying pan with a little oil in the pan on medium heat.
