  • 1 Egg (large size)
  • 120 grams Cake flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Pancake syrup (or honey)
  • 5 grams Baking powder
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 1 few drops Vanilla extract

Directions

    Add the eggs, salt, and granulated sugar to a bowl and mix well.

    Then add the oil and pancake syrup and mix.

    Heat the frying pan on low.

    Add 40 ml of milk to the bowl and mix, then add cake flour and baking powder, and mix until no longer powdery.

    Add the remaining milk and mix well.

    Then, add the vanilla extract.

    Pour half of the batter into your warmed frying pan, and cook for 6 minutes on a slightly higher low heat.

    Once the top has swelled, flip it over, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.
