  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • maple syrup

    add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until batter is blended, but

    Cook pancakes until golden brown, turning to cook other side when pancakes have a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges.
