- 1 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cabbage, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- pepper
- soy sauce
- lemon wedges
- 1 small can small shrimp, rinsed
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- cooked extra thin spaghetti
Directions

1Fry chicken, carrots, onion, cabbage and garlic in oil until the vegetables are tender, but crisp.

2Season with pepper and soy sauce to taste.

3Add the shrimp and heat until ready to serve. Toss the chicken, vegetables and spaghetti together.

4Serve with lemon wedges and soy sauce.
