- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced zucchini or sugar peas
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 c. cubed pork, chicken
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook garlic in oil until barely brown.

2Add celery and carrots and stir-fry about 1 minute.

3Add zucchini, onion and pork. Stir-fry about 1 minute.

4Use 1 packet from noodles to flavor. Cook noodles according to directions on pack, but use only 1 flavor packet.

5Drain noodles and toss together with stir-fried vegetables.

6Season with soy sauce to taste.
