- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 handfuls sliced celery
- 2 handfuls chopped cabbage
- meat from 3 to 4 pork chops, cut up
- 1/4 c. (plus or minus) soy sauce
- 1 lb. rice noodles
- 3/4 c. shrimp (optional)
Directions

1Stir-fry (in oil) first 3 ingredients.

2Add next 5 ingredients and simmer until cooked (20 minutes).

3After this is done, cook rice noodles, as directed on package (about 5 to 10 minutes). Drain.

4Add to mixture.

5Add shrimp.

6Add more soy sauce to taste.
