  • Unsalted Butter, For Greasing The Pan
  • 12 Frozen Dinner Rolls
  • 13-1/2 ounces, fluid Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups Water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking pan. Place frozen rolls in pan and thaw according to package instructions.

    To a pot, bring coconut milk and sugar to a boil. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the coconut milk, whisking constantly until thick.

    Pour half of the coconut sauce around the rolls, along the sides. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

    After the rolls are done, pour remaining coconut sauce evenly on top of the rolls. Serve warm.
