- 1 1/2 cups fruit canned pie filling, fresh
Directions

1Melt butter and pour into 9 inch pie plate.

2Mix flour, eggs and milk until the batter is fairly smooth like thick cream.

3Pour into pie plate.

4Top with fruit of choice.

5Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

6Bake 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.

7Pannekoeken will rise during baking and fall quickly when removed from oven so serve immediately with syrup or powdered sugar.
