  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fruit canned pie filling, fresh

Directions

    Melt butter and pour into 9 inch pie plate.

    Mix flour, eggs and milk until the batter is fairly smooth like thick cream.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Top with fruit of choice.

    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.

    Pannekoeken will rise during baking and fall quickly when removed from oven so serve immediately with syrup or powdered sugar.
