   Mix first 3 ingredients together in large bowl and allow to sit 24 hours.

   Then add water and flour.

   Mix thoroughly.

   Can form over balloon or use in molds. Allow to air dry.

   Depending on the weather, sometimes takes 3 days.

   Sometimes use clear acrylic spray depending on the project.
