- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- hot cooked noodles with parsley
Directions

1In skillet, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.

2Remove; set aside.

3Spoon off fat.

4In skillet, combine soup, paprika and pepper.

5Heat to boiling.

6Return chicken to skillet.

7Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.

8Stir in sour cream.

9Heat through.

10Serve over noodles.

11Sprinkle with additional paprika and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
