- 1 roasting chicken
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- salt
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 green pepper
Directions

1In a large Dutch oven, brown the onions in butter until transparent.

2Add paprika and stir until reddish brown.

3Cut the chicken into pieces and fry until brown all over.

4Add the salt, chopped green pepper and tomatoes.

5Add 2/3 cup water; stir well and cover with tight fitting lid.

6Cook over very low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
