- 9 c. popped corn
- 1 c. peanuts or 1 c. mixed nuts (optional)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or rum extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Heat oven to 250°.

2Place popped corn in a large baking pan. Bring to a boil the sugar, syrup and oleo in a saucepan.

3Cook 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add soda and extracts.

5Pour over popcorn.

6Stir.
-
7Place in oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
