  • 1 fryer (2 to 2 1/2 lb.), disjointed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika (Hungarian)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced (if using canned mushrooms, drain)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
