- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, cut in half if large
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
- salad oil
Directions

1Brown beef in 1 tablespoon oil in 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven until well browned.

2Remove from pan.

3Add 1 tablespoon oil to drippings and cook onions and mushrooms until lightly browned. Stir in paprika and cook one minute.
