  • 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, cut in half if large
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
  • salad oil

Directions

    Brown beef in 1 tablespoon oil in 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven until well browned.

    Remove from pan.

    Add 1 tablespoon oil to drippings and cook onions and mushrooms until lightly browned. Stir in paprika and cook one minute.
