- 9 oz. unsalted butter
- 9 oz. confectioners sugar
- 7 oz. (half and half) chocolate and cocoa
- 6 eggs
- 2 oz. liqueur, cocoa or coffee
- 8 oz. chopped nuts
Directions

1Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with sugar.

2Add the 6 egg yolks and beat well.

3Beat in the chocolate, liqueur and chopped nuts.

4In another bowl, carefully beat the egg whites. Fold the chocolate cream into beaten egg whites.

5Pour into an 8-inch tart pan with removable bottom.

6Cover and freeze.

7Half an hour before serving, move to the refrigerator.

8Garnish with nuts, fruits or whipped cream.
