- 1 large box orange gelatin
- 2 to 3 c. peeled and shredded carrots
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Boil 2 cups water and add orange gelatin.

2Stir until dissolved.

3Add a tray of ice cubes and stir until jello starts to thicken.

4Remove remainder of ice.

5Add carrots and pineapple. Mix well.

6Pour into glass 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Refrigerate.
