  • 5 eggs
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 box French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 quart half-and-half cream
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together until creamy.

    Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT milk.

    Pour in ice cream freezer and finish filling to line with milk.

    Process in ice cream freezer until thick (about 40 minutes).

    Freeze.
