Parlor's Fruit Sandwich

  • 4 slice Sliced sandwich bread
  • 1 Your favorite fruits
  • 1 Salted butter (to spread on the bread)
  • 100 grams Heavy cream
  • 40 grams Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

    Cut the fruit and pat with paper towel to remove excess liquid.

    If you're worried about the color changing, sprinkle with a little lemon juice.

    Whisk the heavy cream and sugar until thick.

    Add the yogurt and whisk until soft peak stage.

    Spread melted butter on one side of the 4 slices of bread!

    Spread the cream on top of the butter.

    Arrange the cut fruit on the bread while keeping in mind how you will be cutting the bread.
